Compensation and Benefits
As a member of our team, you can look forward to the following compensation and benefits as a cleaner:
- Pay ranges from $50 to $135 for anywhere from 1.5 to 6.5 hours of work. (equates to between $17.50/hr to $33/hr)
- Paid in cash daily.
- 5 sick days per year
- 2 personal days per year
- 14 days of vacation per year (All major holidays)
Qualifications
Individuals interested in a cleaner position should possess the following qualifications:
- In good physical shape with the ability to lift 25 lbs and engage in repetitive motions for an extended period of time
- Ability to handle and operate cleaning equipment (eg. vacuum cleaner)
- Fluency in English and good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to learn from managers and more experienced team members
- An understanding of how to handle, dispose of, and use cleaning chemicals
- Self-motivated
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be available for weekday and weekend work between 8 am and 4 pm
