Pricing and Payment
We are proud to say that we pay our cleaners a living wage. Tipping your cleaner is not required nor is it expected. If you feel that your cleaner has gone above and beyond the call of duty and you'd like to tip him or her, feel free to do so.
We accept all major credit cards, electronic payments, as well as cash.
Your Appointment
We are closed on holidays, in the event a booking is to take place on one, we will contact you in advance and reschedule.

No, you are not required to be present for your scheduled cleaning. You'll simply have to provide us with a method to enter your home.
Warranty
Yes, we absolutely do! We are proud of the quality of the work that we delivery and are certain that you'll be happy with it. If you feel that our work has been completed in an unsatisfactory manner, contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.
If, after your scheduled cleaning, you notice that something has been damaged and you suspect that one of our cleaners may be at fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll have the item repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

No, all cleaning supplies that are required to clean your property will be provided by us.

For safety reasons, our company policy restricts our employees from climbing higher than two steps on a ladder. This means that there may be certain areas in your home or business that we are unable to clean. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in prioritizing the safety of our employees.
Prior to hiring, all of our cleaners undergo multiple rounds of interviews, a background check, and a criminal record check.
The house keys of our clients are safe guarded in multiple ways. On days when your house is not to be cleaned, your key will be locked up. On days when your house is scheduled to be cleaned, our cleaners must sign out your key out at the start of the day and sign it back in at the end of the day.
Yes. Our online payment system uses of Stripe, which is one of the world's largest online payment processors. No critical credit card information is stored on our servers and all communication is encrypted with an SSL certificate.
